The property is clean, has excellent location and staff. Lots of food at the breakfast, including yoghourt, hot waffles, pastries and breads. Appreciated early check-in and efficient check-out.

Such a lovely experience. The lobby was nice, I liked it. An indoor pool was very relaxing too.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

We loved our breathtaking rooms and the staff were ever so helpful. Astonishing view, a nice balcony, good sized bed, too. Not expensive hotel in nice little area. Beautiful restaurant and lobby bar available. The service was good too. Quiet garden outside.

Polite service, cool staff, breakfast was adequate, bed was cozy. I appreciated an industrial decor and beautiful furniture.

Recently renovated & cosy unit with refrigerator, the Jacuzzi plus hot tub. Fairly clean place and exceptional service. Central location, outstanding staff.

The stay at this silent hotel was an awesome one. Soft beds, climate control, terrace and complementary tea where a nice touch. Within a walking distance of the fantastic beach.

Everything was great from the excellent service to the excellent food. Our rooms were well-appointed. The hotel had a good bar and a great restaurant.

Everything was modern as always. The double room was a nice size, good bed. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Indoor pool was excellent. The beach was beautiful. Also, it was walking distance to a shopping mall.

Would be happy to recommend this accommodation to anyone. The breakfast is tasty and the staff is LOYAL. The property was in the middle of the city. For shots visit Butcher Block Restaurant, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Nice comfy base for exploring Plattsburgh. Free parking & friendly stuff. The queen suite room included a heating system, a cable television and a study table, we were happy about that. We really enjoyed that they have a continental breakfast...

The hotel was glorious, perfectly located and the staff was useful. We had a continental breakfast which was healthy. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was panoramic. Restaurant in venue was very convenient and the pool area was very clean. Soft coffee and beers in the lobby bar, free parking place.

We liked rooms and staff here. Buffalo Wild Wings, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. It is in front of the airport. Venue had a pool:)))
